Prescreening Process
Each resume will be evaluated and classified into one of three groups:
A thorough screening interview will be conducted with the candidates who match the requirements of the open position. We will have a minimum of two in-depth conversations. These will either be in person or via phone.
Once you have met the qualifications of this process you will then be required to complete a personality profile questionnaire.
You will be assessed for skills, competencies, cultural fit, motivation and true interest level, before meeting the corporate employer.
As a last step, a reference check will be conducted.
