Meet The Partners

Beth Deighan
Beth Z. Deighan is President of Casino Careers Online. She has more than 18 years of senior management experience in the gaming industry and has opened two casino-hotel resorts. She has held the positions of Executive Director of Marketing, Director of Human Resources, and Director of Casino Administration.

Ms. Deighan has a Master's Degree in Public Relations, a Bachelor's Degree in Communications, with minors in Journalism and Psychology. She is a graduate of the Babson College Human Resources Executive Program, as well as Ramada Management Institute’s Hospitality Management Program. She also possesses certification in Employee Relations Law, from the Institute for Applied Management and Law.

Mona Vaccarella   
Ms. Vaccarella has over 25 years of experience in executive Human Resources management with internationally acclaimed firms such as Citigroup, UBS,  Burson-Marsteller/Young & Rubicam, and Pfizer Inc. Her Human Resources expertise is in all areas of Human Resources, managing teams across the globe including Latin America, Europe, and the Far East.

Her role has been to lead organizations through the steps needed to implement programs in organizational redesign, compensation, recruitment, and merger/acquisitions.  Over the years, Ms. Vaccarella has orchestrated the development of tools, which will provide metrics for management to assess the balance of skills and future competencies needed in the workforce. These tools help management  to make informed decisions about their employees when determining the skills needed to remain competitive in a strategically changing environment. Ms. Vaccarella possesses a Master's Degree in Business Administration.

Jean L. Abraham 
Jean has over twenty years of Management, Sales and Marketing Communication experience.

Her area of expertise is in developing strategic business plans, marketing communication tools, presentations, and sales force training seminars for Fortune 500 companies such as Colgate Palmolive Company, Pfizer Inc. and Xerox Business Solutions. Her emphasis in the legal arena at XYAN Inc. was to assist corporate entities in the preparation of documents for trial and deliberation and presentations on their strategic goals.

She possesses a Master's Degree of Business Administration in Marketing, with a minor in Management. She is a graduate of Advanced Xerox Management Training program. She joined Beth Deighan's team in 2003 to launch Casino Executive Search, LLC.
