The first a premier executive search program, will assist companies to identify, screen and successfully negotiate the new hire Senior Executive whose total compensation is $75,000 or more.
The second will assist organizations to more efficiently recruit key middle managers that have been difficult to identify utilizing online and print advertising vehicles. These positions encompass a salary range of less than $75,000.
2. What industry do you specialize in? Casino Executive Search specializes in the Gaming/Hospitality Industry whether it's in gaming operations, slot technology, gaming equipment manufacturing, hospitality, culinary, information technology, human resources, regulatory compliance or any other related department.
3. What is your experience with candidates in other industries?
Casino Executive Search works with executives outside of the gaming industry, but in a more personalized manner. 4. How can Casino Executive Search help me to get a job? We have an established rapport with gaming executives nationwide and are recognized as a reliable and credible recruitment source, with a staff that is dedicated to customer service. 5. What is Casino Executive Search offering me? We are a free service to the candidate. We will advise you of opportunities that arise in the gaming industry for which you possess the required qualifications and in which you may have an interest. At the clients’ discretion, some of these opportunities may be listed on our site and you may be able to apply to them through our web site.
In addition you will be prepared for the interview and assisted with negotiations that are coordinated with the hiring client through Casino Executive Search.
6. Does Casino Executive Search maintain my confidentiality? Casino Executive Search maintains each candidate’s confidentiality. No information is released without your expressed permission.
7. Once I submit a resume when can I expect to hear from you? Once a resume is submitted to our database, it will be evaluated to determine if it is a match with existing career opportunities. At such time, you will be contacted to determine if you have an interest in a specific position.
Our staff of consultants will thoroughly review all candidates’ resumes and will select for the evaluation process only those that meet the Corporate Employers job specifications and defined criteria.
8. Do you help with negotiations? During final negotiations on your behalf we will deal directly with the employer. Prior to an offer we will have gained personal information on you and your needs to make the transition to a new company.
Because of our expertise and professional experiences we have the advantage of negotiating similar positions and reviewing data compilation on compensation ranges of any profession.
9. What if relocation is involved can you help me? This will be a part of the negotiating process. Any issues or concerns that may arise will be discussed between you and the Casino Executive Search consultant and brought to the client’s attention.
10. What will be your evaluation process? We will have a minimum of two in-depth conversations. These will either be in person or via phone. If you meet the position’s required qualifications, you then will be required to complete a personality profile questionnaire.
11. Where can I find your jobs posted? Depending on our client’s specifications, the position may not be listed publicly at all.
